To analyze your competitor, start by focusing on two "axis attributes".
Every Average Entrepreneur has probably seen a graph with two of these axis attributes: Quality and Price.

There are other axes. Let's try to name a few others.
- Comprehensiveness = SalesForce
- Consistency = MacDonalds
- On-Time Delivery = FedEx
- Privacy = NordVPN
Next, find the axis that makes up the Unique Value Proposition of your competition. Quality and price are two, but stretch to find others.
