I made a mistake in last week’s issue. I started with What. 

I’ve been fortunate to work with coaches of above-average patience. Often, I feel like their slowest student. 

Last week’s issue illustrated I’m still last in the class because I should have started with why.

You’ve probably heard of Simon Sinek’s book “Start with Why” or viewed his Golden Circle TED talk.

So have I. And I forgot. So…let’s take a step back. 

Why do you want to be an entrepreneur? 

Becoming an entrepreneur is one of the most difficult things I’ve done. I’m not alone. Substack author Raymond Luk wrote 10 Reasons Not To Be An Entrepreneur. 

After 20 years I can tell you only my answer, learned from one of my coaches. 

I’d like to hear yours. If you can take the time to reply – I promise to read it.
