I recommended starting with a study of your competition. I've covered how not to study your competition. Then I recommended finding two axes to start your differentiation.

Most Average Entrepreneurs make two mistakes relating to competition:

1) They believe they have none.

2) They study the competition with no axes of differentiation framework.
